Our Shipping is always free.

Customers are responsible for any import fees, as each country may levy customs, taxes/VAT or duty fees.

We ship anywhere in the world so it will depend on your country of residence and not all of our merchandise ship from the same warehouse. It may take anywhere from 15 - 35 business days on average.

This is highly dependent on the customs and import process in your country. Please note during the holiday season that these time frames may be impacted but you may contact the shipping carriers directly at the number provided in the shipping notification emails you will receive.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days.

Below are the most typical time frames for your region however delay can rarely happen so contact us first before opening a dispute.

  •     USA: Between 4 - 10 days average (USPS Shipping Service)*
  •     Canada: Between 20 - 30  Business days average
  •     Europe: Between 20 - 40  Business days average
  •     Australia: Between 20 - 40  Business days average
  •     All Others: Between 30 - 60  Business days average


Delays can happen, but the delivery times above are the norm.

* US orders are shipped by USPS, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 4 and 7 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

Shipping Delays

  • Delays: Once a package is marked shipped, there are unfortunately times there may be a delay with the carrier or customs/border patrol which are outside of our control. Please see Delivery Times for maximum delivery times. If you have not received your item(s) within the Maximum Delivery Time (see Delivery Times), please contact us for further assistance.
  • Address Incorrect: We ship your order according to the shipping address provided. If information is incorrect, this may result in your delivery becoming lost, delayed or having it sent back to the warehouse. We are not responsible for delivery issues as a result of incorrect information, but we will help any way we can!
  • Post Office Issue: If your package is with your local post master and there are issues (e.g. it is being held, a re-delivery needs to be scheduled, there was a delivery issue) we ask that you contact your local post office first. If your delivery is deemed lost or damaged, please contact us for further resolution.
