Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and Let us know within 10 days of delivery and we will make it right. if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved,
Refunds Options (if applicable)
- Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of the return. If the return is approved, we will refund the original payment for the approved amount within 10 business days.
- Store Credit: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of the return. If the return is approved, we will provide a store credit within 1-3 working days.
- Exchange: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of the return. If the return is approved, we will create a replacement order for your exchange. You will receive an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation once the replacement order is sent. Standard delivery times will apply.
Please Note: Unless a return is due to our error (i.e. wrong item or damage during shipping), we do not pay for return shipping.
We may be able to cancel an order if it has not yet been shipped. Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible to confirm we can cancel your order. Once an order has been shipped, we are not able to cancel it as the order is already on its way to you. You may request a return for a refund using the steps above once the item(s) are received.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
