Refund Policy

Don't love your item? No worries, we understand! Returns must be received within 30 days of delivery. Customers must pay return shipping and this is non-refundable. (Paypal orders may be eligible for return fee reimbursements. Learn more)

Damages and issues  
Please inspect your order upon reception and Let us know within 10 days of delivery and we will make it right. if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

 

Refunds  
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved,

 Refunds Options (if applicable)

  •  Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of the return. If the return is approved, we will refund the original payment for the approved amount within 10 business days.
  • Store Credit: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of the return. If the return is approved, we will provide a store credit within 1-3 working days. 
  • Exchange: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of the return. If the return is approved, we will create a replacement order for your exchange. You will receive an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation once the replacement order is sent. Standard delivery times will apply.

 

Please Note: Unless a return is due to our error (i.e. wrong item or damage during shipping), we do not pay for return shipping.

 Cancellations

 We may be able to cancel an order if it has not yet been shipped. Please e-mail support@thestylishbag.com as soon as possible to confirm we can cancel your order. Once an order has been shipped, we are not able to cancel it as the order is already on its way to you. You may request a return for a refund using the steps above once the item(s) are received.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying for return shipping costs for returning your item(s), unless the reason for the return is due to our error. Returns are sent to 2503 Hanna Crest., Unit 308, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada T6R 0H1.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you paid with Paypal, you may be eligible for Paypal's Return Shipping service. Paypal may reimburse you for return shipping fees for eligible items.
